How are my plants packaged for shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures each plant in place to prevent shifting. This ensures your plants arrive hydrated and healthy, regardless of the distance traveled.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship based on your specific USDA hardiness zone to ensure plants are delivered at the optimal time for planting in your area. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our nursery.
What is your 'Arrive Alive' guarantee?
We guarantee that every plant will arrive in excellent condition. If your plant is damaged or dies within 30 days of arrival, please send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a store credit.
Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders quickly. You can request changes within 24 hours of placement; however, once an order has entered the shipping queue, we are unable to modify it.
Do you offer professional planting advice?
Yes! Each plant comes with a detailed digital care guide. Additionally, our horticultural experts are available via email to answer specific questions about soil, sunlight, and maintenance.
